Weinstein examine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinr.com\/report.php?ac=view_report&#038;report_id=310&#038;language_id=1\" class=\"gen\">rapidement la querelle Airbus-Boeing<\/a> et ses derniers d\u00e9veloppements (cas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;OMC, d&rsquo;abord par les USA le 30 mai, ensuite par le UE le lendemain).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tL&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&rsquo;intervention de Weinstein est qu&rsquo;elle est le fait d&rsquo;un analyste g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste des mati\u00e8res strat\u00e9giques et politiques, et nullement d&rsquo;un analyste des questions a\u00e9rospatiales. Le cas est alors consid\u00e9r\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on plus globale, hors de son seul domaine. Weinstein conclut que la querelle d\u00e9passe le stade d&rsquo;un \u00e9pisode de plus dans l&rsquo;affrontement Airbus-Boeing qui dure depuis plus sieurs ann\u00e9es, pour s&rsquo;imposer \u00e0 un niveau plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de tension dans le cadre de la globalisation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tJustement, Weinstein estime que la globalisation a atteint ses limites, qu&rsquo;elle est entr\u00e9e en crise, que l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de la querelle Airbus-Boeing en est une marque comme, dans un autre domaine, les non fran\u00e7ais et hollandais au r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum europ\u00e9en en sont la marque, et comme dans un autre domaine encore, les difficult\u00e9s de ratification de l&rsquo;accord de libre-\u00e9change CAFTA.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tVoici la conclusion du Dr. Weinstein: <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab <em>Washington&rsquo;s decision to escalate the conflict with Brussels over subsidies to aircraft manufacturers not only indicates the seriousness with which both parties take competition for sales of the next generation of large commercial jets; it also shows that domestic interests in major power centers are increasingly able to inhibit the compromises necessary for continued movement towards less protected markets.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb <em>The same kind of protectionist forces that were behind the votes against the European Constitution in France and the Netherlands, and are resisting the ratification of the Central American Free Trade Agreement in the U.S. Senate, are at work in the Airbus-Boeing dispute.<\/em> \u00bb <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><p>\tPubli\u00e9 le 8 juin 2005 \u00e0 13H00<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sur le site PINR (Power and Interest News Report), l&rsquo;excellent analyste Michael A.
