L&rsquo;article est construit autour de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que le Pentagone a remport\u00e9, en cinq jours pas un de plus, une victoire d\u00e9cisive,  disons, plut\u00f4t concernant l&rsquo;Irak qu&rsquo;en Irak.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tEn effet, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une victoire de type relations publiques. D&rsquo;ailleurs, apr\u00e8s tout, ce sont les seules victoires qui comptent \u00e0 Washington.
