En un sens, l’attaque contre l’Irak est un acte de la globalisation. Il s’agit de faire entrer ce pays dans la voie de la globalisation, qui passe par a d\u00e9mocratie am\u00e9ricaniste, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e essentiellement par le capitalisme int\u00e9gral, compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9r\u00e9gul\u00e9. C’est effectivement les premi\u00e8res mesures qu’appliqu\u00e8rent les Am\u00e9ricains apr\u00e8s la conqu\u00eate du pays, avec le succ\u00e8s que l’on sait.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\tD’autre part, Internet est \u00e9galement une cr\u00e9ation de la globalisation. C’est une \u00e9vidence qui a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 affirm\u00e9e avec la plus grande force. Ainsi peut-on affirmer, si l’on se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 l’article du Christian science monitor d’aujourd’hui<\/a>, que les attentats de Londres sont les effets directs de la globalisation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

But they say those responsible were probably Islamist terrorists who viewed their assault as revenge for Britain’s part in the Iraq war. \t\u00bb But it is the confluence of America’s decision to invade Iraq and new communication technologies that has created the most powerful machine for recruiting new terrorists in history, says Evan Kohlmann, an American terrorism consultant who has tracked jihadi websites since the late 1990s.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\u00bb America and its allies are now facing a multifront war: In Iraq, which is turning out a new generation of Arab jihadis; in Europe, where Muslim admirers of Al Qaeda are embracing the cause because of anger over the Iraq war; and on the Internet, which has become a megaphone for radical jihadi ideologies.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
