Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important se trouve dans les d\u00e9tails donn\u00e9s sur l’organisation, exactement au moment de l’attaque, d’un exercice d’alerte \u00e0 Londres, par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de relations publiques agissant sur contrat officiel, impliquant les m\u00eames conditions des attentats.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\tParmi les informations \u00e0 ce sujet, on note comme nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments un long d\u00e9veloppement du R\u00e9seau Voltaire du 14 juillet<\/a> et un article de Paul Joseph Watson et Alex Jones, sur On Line Journal du 11 juillet<\/a>. Cet article de Watson-Jones cite notamment l’interview \u00e0 la BBC d’un responsable de l’exercice, expliquant comment son exercice avait \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9 instantan\u00e9ment en intervention r\u00e9elle devant les attentats qui avaient lieu au m\u00eame moment, selon le m\u00eame sc\u00e9nario.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00ab On a BBC Radio 5 interview that aired on the evening of the 7th, the host interviewed Peter Power, Managing Director of Visor Consultants, which bills itself as a ‘crisis management’ advice company, better known to you and I as a PR firm. Peter Power was a former Scotland Yard official, working at one time with the Anti-Terrorist Branch.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00bb Power told the host that at the exact same time that the London bombings were taking place, his company was running a 1,000 person strong exercise which drilled the London Underground being bombed at the exact same locations, at the exact same times, as happened in real life.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00bb The transcript is as follows.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00bb POWER: At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00bb HOST: To get this quite straight, you were running an exercise to see how you would cope with this and it happened while you were running the exercise?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00bb POWER: Precisely, and it was about half past nine this morning, we planned this for a company and for obvious reasons I don’t want to reveal their name but they’re listening and they’ll know it. And we had a room full of crisis managers for the first time they’d met and so within five minutes we made a pretty rapid decision that this is the real one and so we went through the correct drills of activating crisis management procedures to jump from slow time to quick time thinking and so on.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \tWatson-Jones mettent en \u00e9vidence deux points int\u00e9ressants:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \t\u00a0Le parall\u00e8le avec l’attaque du 11 septembre 2001 est fait, notamment \u00e0 travers l’information, fort peu connue (in\u00e9dite pour nous), selon laquelle NORAD (North American Air Defense) organisant au moment de l’attaque 9\/11 des exercices de d\u00e9tournements d’avions : \u00ab This is precisely what happened on the morning of 9\/11\/2001. The Joint Chiefs and NORAD were conducting drills of flying hijacked planes into the WTC and Pentagon at 8:30 in the morning. It is clear that at least five if not six training exercises were in operation in the days leading up to and on the morning of 9\/11. This meant that NORAD radar screens showed as many as 22 hijacked airliners at the same time. NORAD had been briefed that this was part of the exercise drill and therefore normal reactive procedure was forestalled and delayed.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
