The Bush administration was focused on its priority: Iraq.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tLes deux premi\u00e8res pr\u00e9visions se sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, sans qu&rsquo;aucune pr\u00e9paration pour les pr\u00e9venir ou en att\u00e9nuer les effets n&rsquo;ait \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place. Reste la troisi\u00e8me, ce que les Californiens surnomment <em>The Big One<\/em> (un grand tremblement de terre rappelant en intensit\u00e9 celui o\u00f9 la m\u00eame cit\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e ici, San Francisco, fut d\u00e9truite il y a un si\u00e8cle \u00e0 un an pr\u00e8s). Conform\u00e9ment aux plans pr\u00e9vus, rien de sp\u00e9cial n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu pour \u00e9ventuellement y faire face.
