Raimundo pr\u00e9sente assez justement la position de ses archi-adversaires, les n\u00e9o-conservateurs, qui se montrent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s critiques de l&rsquo;administration.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t<a href=\"http:\/\/antiwar.com\/justin\/\" class=\"gen\">Le titre de la chronique<\/a> (\u00ab <em>Katrina and the End of Illusions  The storm passes  or has it only just begun?<\/em> \u00bb) restitue bien l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re que d\u00e9peint le texte. La sensation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est qu&rsquo;une nouvelle \u00e9poque s&rsquo;ouvre,  l&rsquo;\u00e8re post-Katrina. Elle est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des inconnus, des incertitudes et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dedefensa.org\/article.php?art_id=1919\" class=\"gen\">un sentiment g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de grand malaise<\/a>, renversant compl\u00e8tement le sentiment initial qui avait suivi l&rsquo;attaque du 11 septembre 2001,  et qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tait largement d\u00e9lit\u00e9 depuis.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tNotons cette remarque, qui marque bien l&rsquo;ampleur du malaise et du bouleversement (et nous renforce dans notre analyse psychologique <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dedefensa.org\/article.php?art_id=1908\" class=\"gen\">de notre F&#038;C du 2 septembre<\/a>) puisqu&rsquo;on y voit le libertarien de la droite isolationniste Justin Raimundo se d\u00e9clarer au moins \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;accord avec le n\u00e9o-conservateur de la droite interventionniste David Brooks : \u00ab <em>I also agree with Brooks about the political and cultural meaning of the post-Katrina malaise: People are mad as hell, unwilling to take it anymore. I think we would disagree, however, on the proper focus of the peoples&rsquo; anger: Brooks would place it at the feet of incompetent leaders. I, on the other hand, would point to a larger problem: the delegitimization of the system itself, not just its leaders. The post-9\/11 era, which has witnessed the puncturing of American hubris on a grand scale, signals the end of our illusions, many of which have been very dear to our hearts.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tAujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique retient son souffle.
