Beaucoup d&rsquo;avis, de citations, de conseils quant au comportement et au destin du pr\u00e9sident pendant les trois ann\u00e9es restantes de son mandat,  nous aurions pu \u00e9crire, assez vulgairement mais justement : les trois ans qui restent \u00e0 tirer, tant il semble s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un calvaire, pour lui et pour les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tJurkowitz, apr\u00e8s s&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 tous ces avis et conseils, termine par un jugement de bon sens fond\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;observation de la psychologie du Pr\u00e9sident: cet homme ne changera rien. Cela le conduit \u00e0 conclure tr\u00e8s justement par cette derni\u00e8re phrase: \u00ab <em>For the rest of us, it will be a miserable three years.<\/em> \u00bb (Et pour nous, donc, en Europe.) <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tVoici les deux paragraphes qui, avant la phrase cit\u00e9e, concluent l&rsquo;article :<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab <em>But introspection, confession, and course correction are simply not in George W. Bush&rsquo;s repertoire. This is, after all, a man who was unable to come up with a single mistake he had made when asked during one of his rare press conferences. And most reports on Bush&rsquo;s comeback strategy indicate that he will eschew any major changes or shake-ups.
