Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une r\u00e9volution technologique mais surtout d&rsquo;une r\u00e9volution politique, ceci rendu possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela. L&rsquo;affirmation d&rsquo;Internet nous permet d&rsquo;observer et de d\u00e9noncer une situation de compl\u00e8te falsification du monde par la presse officielle, pour tenter de la redresser.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tIl s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration spectaculaire d&rsquo;un mouvement qui propose une structure alternative de l&rsquo;information, pour se d\u00e9gager des cha\u00eenes de l&rsquo;information officielle. Le mouvement a commenc\u00e9 avec la guerre du Kosovo. Il est en train de devenir structurel.
