This was the lowest percentage of any of the 22 countries polled and compared with 59 percent in Italy, 65 percent in Germany, 66 percent in Britain and 71 percent in the United States.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t(On peut retrouver ce passage directement dans l&rsquo;article de Steven Pearlstein, du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2006\/03\/21\/AR2006032101741_pf.html\" class=\"gen\">22 mars<\/a>, dans <em>The Washington Post<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tCes chiffres confirment le sentiment g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, chaque jour renforc\u00e9, d&rsquo;une extr\u00eame maturit\u00e9 d&rsquo;opinion du public fran\u00e7ais sur cette question. Le fait le plus frappant est que ce pourcentage d&rsquo;opinion est entretenu alors que l&rsquo;essentiel de la presse \u00e9crite et audiovisuelle est, en France, tr\u00e8s largement favorable au march\u00e9 libre. On retrouve dans cette disparit\u00e9 public-presse celle qu&rsquo;on mesurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la campagne du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum du 29 mai 2005. Cette dur\u00e9e du sentiment, voire son renforcement, implique qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;appuie, dans le public fran\u00e7ais, sur une \u00e9laboration critique extr\u00eamement structur\u00e9e.
