C&rsquo;est un conflit bien compr\u00e9hensible, aujourd&rsquo;hui o\u00f9 la d\u00e9mocratie et les bons sentiments sombrent dans un chaos indescriptible, entre le conformisme de fer am\u00e9ricaniste instaur\u00e9 comme un chape de plomb sur la pens\u00e9e politique du monde et, d&rsquo;autre part, le simple bon sens.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tCela donne ceci, du vieux <em>Gorby<\/em>, lors de quelques mots en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une interview du 12 juillet d&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/rawstory.com\/showarticle.php?src=http%3A%2F%2Fabcnews.go.com%2FGMA%2Fprint%3Fid%3D2182020\" class=\"gen\">ABC.News<\/a> :<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t<strong>Sur les Am\u00e9ricains, ces promoteurs universels de la d\u00e9mocratie<\/strong> : \u00ab <em>We have made some mistakes, he said, referring to recent attacks on Russia&rsquo;s democracy. The former general secretary of the Soviet Union Communist Party accused Americans of arrogance and trying to impose their way of life on other nations. Americans have a severe disease  worse than AIDS. It&rsquo;s called the winner&rsquo;s complex, he said. You want an American style-democracy here. You can&rsquo;t say he does not have character. The former Soviet leader had severe criticism for two of the most important people in the Bush administration: Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. They are just hawks protecting the interests of the military  shallow people, he said.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t<strong>Sur Poutine<\/strong>: \u00ab <em> I told <\/em>[Putin] <em>I did not understand why he had canceled state elections. There is no glasnost, <\/em>[Gorbatchev] <em>said, referring to the Soviet push toward a more open society in the 1980s. No elections here like there used to be in &rsquo;89 and &rsquo;90. Vladimir Putin is walking on a razor&rsquo;s edge, he said. Putin has used and he will continue to use authoritarian measures, but Russia will form a democracy. I know Vladimir Putin. He is a moral person.
