Son <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/main.jhtml?xml=\/news\/2006\/08\/27\/nblair27.xml\" class=\"gen\">interview<\/a> au <em>Sunday Telegraph<\/em>, aujourd&rsquo;hui, fait un certain bruit.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tCarter critique impitoyablement Tony Blair. Il le d\u00e9signe comme le principal responsable de la guerre en Irak, \u00e0 cause  de la fa\u00e7on dont il a c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 GW Bush. Son observation, qui n&rsquo;est pas si mauvaise, revient \u00e0 dire : des deux, Blair, le plus raisonnable, aurait d\u00fb jouer son r\u00f4le de frein dans cette entreprise folle, et il ne l&rsquo;a pas fait.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tOn a rarement observ\u00e9\u00e9 une attaque si violente de la part de personnages de ce rang, au sein de la Grande Alliance anglo-am\u00e9ricaine.
