Bien entendu,  comportement parano\u00efaque et schizophr\u00e9nique, aveugle, bureaucratique, totalement imperm\u00e9able au bon sens,  <em>as usual<\/em>. Les Am\u00e9ricains ont install\u00e9 une base, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des moyens consid\u00e9rables, ils surveillent cette fronti\u00e8re selon le principe que toute personne qui la franchit d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re qui n&rsquo;est pas conforme aux normes am\u00e9ricanistes est par d\u00e9finition coupable,  charge \u00e0 elle de prouver le contraire,  et bonne chance. A spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection says anyone crossing illegally will be considered a terror threat until proved otherwise.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb <em>Anyone who tries to cross into the U.S. surreptitiously for any reason is foolish, and always has been, but it&rsquo;s doubly so now that there are armed American border officers overhead who assume that he or she&rsquo;s a terrorist.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tL&rsquo;auteur est scandalis\u00e9. \u00ab <em>By treating Canada as a no-man&rsquo;s land in the Bush administration&rsquo;s proclaimed war against terror it is insulting Canadians as neighbours and allies.<\/em> [] <em>We&rsquo;re outside fortress America. Le gouvernement conservateur \u00e9tait certain d&rsquo;avoir r\u00e9gl\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me apr\u00e8s une rencontre avec GW Bush au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Mais la bureaucratie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aux USA, comme les autres, ne fait que ce qu&rsquo;elle veut et rien d&rsquo;autre. La situation devrait notablement s&rsquo;aggraver avec l&rsquo;installation de la nouvelle base US signal\u00e9e plus haut, qui abritera le Northern Border Air Wing, la chose \u00e9tant annonc\u00e9e le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canada.com\/components\/print.aspx?id=305d6403-928f-4529-a9a3-05942f6260bf&#038;k=9833\" class=\"gen\">6 septembre<\/a>: \u00ab <em>As Canadian border guards look forward to having guns on their hips within a year, the Americans will soon be patrolling the U.S.-Alberta border with two Black Hawk helicopters and planes equipped with radar units taken from F-16 fighter jets.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tLa situation devrait notablement s&rsquo;aggraver (bis et suite) avec l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit qui <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dedefensa.org\/article.php?art_id=3130\" class=\"gen\">s&rsquo;installe<\/a> au Canada. Il est fascinant d&rsquo;observer les USA pulv\u00e9riser m\u00e9thodiquement tous les liens d&rsquo;influence dont ils disposent dans le mponde, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 leurs fronti\u00e8res.
