Le <em>Guardian<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/society.guardian.co.uk\/localgovt\/story\/0,,1871226,00.html\" class=\"gen\">d\u00e9crit<\/a> l&rsquo;accord qu&rsquo;il a pass\u00e9 avec le maire de Londres, le gauchiste (geste am\u00e9ricaniste, suite) Ken Livingstone.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tChavez a d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il pouvait faire un usage \u00e0 la fois politique et \u00e9galement original de son p\u00e9trole en vendant \u00e0 bas prix \u00e0 des associations US repr\u00e9sentant des communaut\u00e9s pauvres (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dedefensa.org\/article.php?art_id=2286\" class=\"gen\">au grand dam<\/a> de la geste am\u00e9ricaniste). Avec Livingstone, Chavez livre du p\u00e9trole \u00e0 Londres et Londres donne ses avis et ses conseils d&rsquo;organisation \u00e0 Caracas, ville connue pour son d\u00e9sordre et son ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est une fa\u00e7on postmoderne de ressusciter la pratique du troc et de mettre en \u00e9chec la paralysie politique impos\u00e9e par la scl\u00e9rose dogmatique des gouvernements occidentaux (celui de l&rsquo;\u00e9poustouflant Blair en l&rsquo;occurrence) conformes \u00e0 la geste am\u00e9ricaniste,  laquelle interdit tout rapport de courtoisie et toute entente avec Chavez.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tL&rsquo;opposition de droite a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 l&rsquo;accord au nom de la d\u00e9fense des pauvres du Venezuela, qui n\u00e9cessite de vendre le p\u00e9trole tr\u00e8s cher. Logique humaniste bien connue, chacun sachant que le p\u00e9trole tr\u00e8s cher b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie directement, du producteur au consommateur, aux pauvres.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tExtraits :<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>The point at which President Hugo Ch\u00e1vez decided that London should serve as a model for services and governance in Caracas was not immediately apparent. We are the richest city in Europe and yet we have the disgrace of child poverty, he said. They have a vast population living in slums, and we have a lot of experience in terms of housing policy and all the things we know about how to take a city and make it function.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>But opponents on the London assembly, who want to question the mayor at City Hall today, are unconvinced. Angie Bray, the leader of London&rsquo;s Tories, dismissed the scheme as a socialist propaganda fest. She said: Ken and the president of Venezuela should be ashamed of themselves for even contemplating such a proposal.
