And I have very little patience for that.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t()<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Mr Neumann criticised the caveats placed on forces from Germany, Norway, Belgium and other nations  variously keeping them away from the south, away from heavy combat zones, or forbidding them from going out at night.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>He said: If you can&rsquo;t fight in the place that produced al-Qa&rsquo;eda and September 11 and a series of terrorist attacks in Europe, what is the point?<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tIl s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un h\u00e9ro\u00efque diplomate am\u00e9ricaniste (il en faut, du courage, semble nous susurrer le <em>Telegraph<\/em>, pour \u00e9chapper \u00e0 deux attentats). Aux id\u00e9es sommaires qui les habitent en permanence, correspondent des phrases sommaires et des images sommaires. L&rsquo;ambassadeur US \u00e0 Kaboul ne d\u00e9tonne pas. Son accusation de couardise des Europ\u00e9ens (apr\u00e8s tout, les USA ont reproch\u00e9 pendant des si\u00e8cles aux Europ\u00e9ens leurs guerres incessantes  ceci va avec cela) rejoint les d\u00e9marches habituelles des n\u00e9o-conservateurs de service, preuve que ces minoritaires-l\u00e0 sont \u00e0 leur place l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils sont.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tLe courage am\u00e9ricaniste est un d\u00e9fi redoutable lanc\u00e9 aux Europ\u00e9ens. Il s&rsquo;exerce en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 un contre dix, contre des civils irakiens ou contre des villageois afghans, avec l&rsquo;appui intensif de l&rsquo;U.S. Air force.
