\tAinsi les \u00e9lections mid-term<\/em> (7 novembre) sont-elles envisag\u00e9es exactement comme pour l’Irak. Le pr\u00e9sident et son \u00e9quipe n’ont pas de strat\u00e9gie pour apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections (relations avec le Congr\u00e8s) et, par cons\u00e9quent, ils n’ont pas de strat\u00e9gie en cas de d\u00e9faite. La raison en est simple, comme on l’a vu plus haut : il ne peut y avoir de d\u00e9faite.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
