Le pr\u00e9sident et son \u00e9quipe n&rsquo;ont pas de strat\u00e9gie pour apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections (relations avec le Congr\u00e8s) et, par cons\u00e9quent, ils n&rsquo;ont pas de strat\u00e9gie en cas de d\u00e9faite.
