Il ne  s&rsquo;agit pas seulement de l&rsquo;utilisation des <em>blogs<\/em> et autres moyens de communication sur le Net, mais d&rsquo;un mouvement qui finit par avoir une certaine coh\u00e9sion, une orientation certaine, puis un but politique affirm\u00e9 et concret. Il est certain que le mouvement par Internet qui aboutit \u00e0 renforcer notablement le camp du non au r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum fran\u00e7ais en avril-mai 2005 sur la Constitution europ\u00e9enne, a tr\u00e8s vite acquis toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;un <em>netroots<\/em>,  et il repr\u00e9sente sans aucun doute l&rsquo;un des premiers succ\u00e8s politiques majeurs du domaine. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tSelon la d\u00e9finition du <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Netroots\" class=\"gen\">Wilkipedia<\/a>, le terme a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en d\u00e9cembre 2002. C&rsquo;est un mouvement <em>netroots<\/em> qui, en 2003-d\u00e9but 2004 poussa en avant Howard Dean comme candidat hors-circuit <em>establishment<\/em> pour la d\u00e9signation d\u00e9mocrate. Un effort tr\u00e8s important mais que la direction du parti r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 \u00e9touffer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tC&rsquo;est pour l&rsquo;instant essentiellement chez les d\u00e9mocrates que s&rsquo;exprime le mouvement <em>netroots<\/em> parce que ce parti est, de loin, celui qui exprime une position politique officielle divergente du voeu de la majorit\u00e9 de la base du parti. Au travers de diff\u00e9rentes remarques dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/antiwar.com\/justin\/?articleid=9869\" class=\"gen\">article<\/a> de Justin Raimundo, on trouve certaines des caract\u00e9ristiques de la campagne <em>netroots<\/em> en cours.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>It is not love of the Democrats but fear of the Republicans that swells the ranks of the netroots.&rsquo; This is not your father&rsquo;s GOP: the libertarian strain of the Republican Party, once vibrant, has been all but exterminated by the post-9\/11 GOP loyalists, whose ideology is as far removed from the anti-statism of the old Goldwater movement as it is possible to get. They have, however, retained the foreign policy radicalism of the Goldwaterites, whose battle cry, at the height of the Vietnam debacle, was Why not victory?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t()<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The recent essay by Democratic Party activist and DailyKos.com founder Markos Moulitsas welcoming libertarians into the fold couldn&rsquo;t have come at a more opportune time. Moulitsas writes with sincerity about his own political evolution from a Republican with libertarian sympathies into one of the key leaders of the netroots&rsquo; movement that is determined, as he puts it, to effect a reformation&rsquo; of the Democratic Party.
