Aujourd&rsquo;hui, sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antiwar.com\/lobe\/?articleid=10084\" class=\"gen\">Antiwar.com<\/a>, Jim Lobe conclut que non.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tLobe d\u00e9taille divers points qui le convainquent que, pour l&rsquo;instant, Bush reste \u00e0 fond du parti de Cheney, la derni\u00e8re citadelle <em>neocon<\/em> au sein de l&rsquo;administration. On reste en Irak jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la victoire finale, <em>boys<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tL&rsquo;un des points qui attire particuli\u00e8rement l&rsquo;attention de Lobe, c&rsquo;est sans aucun doute le d\u00e9part de Philip Zelikow du poste de n\u00b02 au d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;Etat. Pour Lobe, Zelikow a conclut qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y avait aucun espoir de changement cons\u00e9quent de politique :<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>That may in fact have been the conclusion of State Department Counselor Philip Zelikow, a longtime Rice collaborator and influential realist&rsquo; strategist who, like Baker, has advocated greater flexibility in Washington&rsquo;s diplomatic stance on a range of issues, particularly in the Middle East and Northeast Asia.
