Les r\u00e9actions de l&rsquo;Inde apr\u00e8s le vote de l&rsquo;ONU, o\u00f9 des sanctions (l\u00e9g\u00e8res) contre l&rsquo;Iran ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9es, sont nettement favorables \u00e0 l&rsquo;Iran,  alors que la Russie et la Chine ont \u00e9videmment vot\u00e9 pour ces sanctions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tIl y a un peu plus d&rsquo;un an, l&rsquo;Inde avait vot\u00e9 contre l&rsquo;Iran \u00e0 l&rsquo;IAEA, ce qui avait entra\u00een\u00e9 un certain refroidissement temporaire des relations entre les deux pays. Il appara\u00eet aujourd&rsquo;hui que ce vote de l&rsquo;Inde \u00e9tait de pure tactique, pour ne pas compromettre le trait\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire alors en cours de n\u00e9gociation avec les USA. Le trait\u00e9 est aujourd&rsquo;hui sign\u00e9 (depuis avril) et ratifi\u00e9 par le S\u00e9nat US (au d\u00e9but du mois).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tDepuis, l&rsquo;Inde a, semble-t-il, repris sa libert\u00e9, sans trop craindre de repr\u00e9sailles des USA. Elle affirme hautement son soutien \u00e0 la position de l&rsquo;Iran. Le cas pr\u00e9sent est int\u00e9ressant puisque le soutien indien \u00e0 l&rsquo;Iran se fait clairement contre la politique am\u00e9ricaniste (vote des sanctions \u00e0 l&rsquo;ONU).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t<em>Aljazeera.com<\/em> rapporte cette position dans une d\u00e9p\u00eache du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/muslims.net\/content_two.asp\" class=\"gen\">25 d\u00e9cembre<\/a> :<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>India said yesterday that Iran has the right to pursue a nuclear energy program, and said the crisis over Tehran&rsquo;s suspect ambitions should be resolved through dialogue.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>India&rsquo;s statement came a day after the UN Security Council adopted a resolution imposing restrictions on Iran&rsquo;s nuclear industry and ballistic missile program, its first ever sanctions against Tehran.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>We continue to feel that all possible efforts should be made to address Iran&rsquo;s nuclear issues by peaceful means through dialogue and negotiations and that IAEA should play a central role in resolving the outstanding issues, External Affairs Ministry spokesman Navtej Sarna said.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Emphasizing Iran&rsquo;s right to pursue its nuclear program for peaceful civilian use, Sarna said: It has undertaken certain obligations that its nuclear program is exclusively for peaceful purposes. Sarna added: We have noted the passage of the UN Security Council resolution and are studying its implications. While India and Iran have entertained close ties, they suffered after New Delhi sided with the West in voting against Iran at the IAEA. However, both sides have lately displayed keenness to strengthen their bilateral ties.
