On ne cachera pas que c&rsquo;est une surprise tant une des visions de ces relations est de leur accorder une pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rance absolue, notamment pour ce qui est d&rsquo;un alignement USA-Isra\u00ebl qui est, pour beaucoup, un alignement des USA sur Isra\u00ebl. Certains Isra\u00e9liens et certains milieux en Isra\u00ebl ont une tout autre vision de la question.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tVoici celle du centre des National Security Studies, anciennement le Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies,  une source tr\u00e8s r\u00e9put\u00e9e s&rsquo;il en est  et d&rsquo;autre part des d\u00e9clarations d&rsquo;un des chercheurs qui y travaillent. We didn&rsquo;t supply the goods. It embarrassed our friends in the United States, our friends in Congress. It has long-range repercussions.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t(&#8230;)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Eiland said Israel&rsquo;s military doctrine  based on the expectation that air power could defeat an enemy  failed in Lebanon. He called for a review of Israel&rsquo;s military tactics and concepts, saying this was more important than arms procurement.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The Israeli military made mistakes in doctrine and the question is whether this will change, Eiland said.
