On parle d’assise rationnelle \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de l’attaque (et non \u00e0 la cause de l’attaque) parce que c’est bien l\u00e0 la grande question. Il est bien plus difficile de trouver un argument solide pour affirmer que cette attaque aura lieu dans des circonstances aujourd’hui tr\u00e8s d\u00e9favorables, que pour le principe de l’attaque elle-m\u00eame.
