La phrase aimable, chaleureuse et si fameuse des ann\u00e9es 1950, de Dean Acheson peut-\u00eatre, ou d&rsquo;un ambassadeur US en Am\u00e9rique Latine \u00e0 propos d&rsquo;un dirigeant du cru acquis aux int\u00e9r\u00eats US (\u00ab<em>It is a son of a bitch but it is our son of a bitch<\/em>\u00bb), cette phrase n&rsquo;a peut-\u00eatre plus vraiment cours.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tExpliquons-nous. Ioutchenko est en  grande bagarre avec son premier ministre pro-russe. Il a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives anticip\u00e9es. Le Premier ministre n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;accord et parle de pr\u00e9sidentielles anticip\u00e9es. Ioutchenko n&rsquo;est pas pour autant \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. Il conna\u00eet le sentiment anti-OTAN, anti-US d&rsquo;une partie tr\u00e8s importante, certainement majoritaire, de la population. Pas question de faire du suivisme aveugle.
