L’inqui\u00e9tude \u00e0 l’OTAN, qui rejoint celle de D’Alema, est que les forces de l’OTAN sont per\u00e7ues comme compl\u00e8tement solidaires des forces US, et donc autant que les forces US jug\u00e9es responsables des morts civils sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\tIl existe une fracture de l’OTAN en Afghanistan.
