Il s&rsquo;agit de la Suisse, qui vient d&rsquo;ouvrir sa propre enqu\u00eate sur les fonds d\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans des banques suisses, qui seraient de l&rsquo;argent de la corruption, notamment des march\u00e9s <em>Yamamah<\/em>. Une fois de plus, c&rsquo;est le <em>Guardian<\/em> qui donne ces pr\u00e9cisions in\u00e9dites, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/armstrade\/story\/0,,2078759,00.html\" class=\"gen\">aujourd&rsquo;hui<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tLes Suisses veulent reprendre l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate que le Serious Fraud Office a \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint d&rsquo;arr\u00eater le 15 d\u00e9cembre dernier, sur ordre du gouvernement Blair. Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau, le texte du <em>Guardian<\/em> nous apprend que les Suisses vont \u00e9galement travailler sur les accusations de corruption (avec d\u00e9p\u00f4t possible dans des banques suisses) dans des transactions portant sur le chasseur <em>Gripen<\/em>, construit par SAAB (Su\u00e8de) mais commercialis\u00e9 par BAE,  principalement celle qui porte sur la vente tr\u00e8s controvers\u00e9e de <em>Gripen<\/em> \u00e0 l&rsquo;Autriche. La r\u00e9action de BAE \u00e0 tous ces bruits pr\u00e9occupants est convaincante quoique standard : \u00ab<em>We will not tolerate bribery.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Federal prosecutors in Bern launched at the weekend their own official investigation into BAE, this time for alleged money laundering. Investigators there will be able to examine Swiss accounts held by billionaire middleman Wafic Said, who is regarded as a potential witness. Mr Said declines to comment.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Hundreds of millions of pounds are reported to have passed through the accounts, from an offshore company secretly owned by BAE called Poseidon.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The files have been already gathered by the Swiss authorities.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t()<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The Swiss announcement comes only days after BAE&rsquo;s chairman, Dick Olver, sought to fend off corruption allegations at the company&rsquo;s AGM, claiming there had been no bribes.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>It marks a dramatic widening of the worldwide inquiries into Britain&rsquo;s embattled arms company, and may have a significant impact on its international position.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The federal prosecutor&rsquo;s office in Bern announced: Relating to BAE Systems, the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland confirms having opened its own investigation into possible money laundering.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The scope of the investigation is being kept secret, the Swiss authorities said. But they disclosed that it followed a report from the MROS, the Swiss money laundering investigative authority. Swiss banks are required by law to report suspicious transactions to the MROS.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Last week, prosecutors from Switzerland also linked up with those from four other European countries at a meeting convened in The Hague by Eurojust, the EU&rsquo;s new anti-organised crime unit.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The group, from the Serious Fraud Office in Britain, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Austria, said they had joined forces to investigate bribery allegations over bids to supply Anglo-Swedish Gripen fighters. BAE said it had not been aware of the Swiss move.
