En gros : les d\u00e9saccords pr\u00e9vus sont bien pr\u00e9sents, Tony Blair est extr\u00eamement confiant et souriant, GW se dit pr\u00eat \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer avec tout le monde pourvu que ce soit lui qui d\u00e9cide et que les USA fassent ce qu’ils veulent faire, Merkel songe avec nostalgie au temps de l’Allemagne coup\u00e9e en deux car les choses \u00e9taient plus simples. Les premiers bruits nous disent qu’il y aurait bien un communiqu\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, appelant \u00e0 la mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et omettant de mentionner des limites de r\u00e9duction.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Ces braves gens croient vraiment \u00e0 ce qu’ils disent et \u00e0 ce qu’on leur dit, notamment quand il s’agit des USA, des promesses de Bush et de son d\u00e9sir irr\u00e9pressible de coop\u00e9rer. Le mot na\u00efvet\u00e9 a ici toute sa place. Il serait int\u00e9ressant de savoir ce qu’en pense Sarkozy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\u00bbAccording to Kuenast, who until December 2005 served as Germany’s minister of agriculture and consumer protection, said that Merkel, as chair of the G8, should have made clear many months ago that she would not accept non-committal declarations on climate change issues.<\/em> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
