Or whether they were US markets such as the Dow, the Nasdaq, the S&#038;P, Gold, or Oil (yes, even Gold and Oil) markets around the world tumbled down on April 16.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>This totalizing tumble had nearly completed the global circuit by the time news hit (at 10:35 am EDT) that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission was alleging fraud against the powerhouse investment banking firm Goldman Sachs.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>A Prescience Award for this sudden turn down goes to Steve Hochberg, chief market analyst for Elliott Wave International who told CNBC&rsquo;s Joe Kernan on the morning of April 15 that extreme opinions were showing signs of a collective psychological turning point upon which social moodand its market expressionwas soon to slide lower<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tIl s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une d\u00e9monstration de plus de la difficult\u00e9 d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender le mouvement <em>Tea Party<\/em> avec des appr\u00e9ciations id\u00e9ologiques.
