Tout en louant le succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;offensive d&rsquo;il y a quelques mois, puis de la \u00ab\u00a0reconstruction\u00a0\u00bb qui a suivi, il distille ici ou l\u00e0 des informations totalement contradictoires avec ces louanges.
