Dans ses premi\u00e8res d\u00e9clarations, on l&rsquo;avait per\u00e7u comme un peu flottant, ind\u00e9cis, etc., sur les questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale et de politique ext\u00e9rieure, moins activiste et antiguerre que son p\u00e8re. Mais Rand Paul semble \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tD&rsquo;abord, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les d\u00e9penses du Pentagone ne devaient pas \u00eatre intouchables dans le mouvement de r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9penses publiques. Puis il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une proposition de loi pour r\u00e9duire de $500 milliards les d\u00e9penses publiques. Il propose notamment de couper tout le budget de l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. Y compris pour Isra\u00ebl ?  C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que la chose devient int\u00e9ressante, concernant cette aide de pr\u00e8s de $4 milliards par an, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme intouchable par la pens\u00e9e conformiste et unique (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent&#8230;) de l&rsquo;<em>establishment<\/em> washingtonien (interview de CNN, reprise par <em>reason.com<\/em> le <a href=\"http:\/\/reason.com\/blog\/2011\/01\/27\/rand-paul-end-all-aid-to-israe\" class=\"gen\">27 janvier 2011<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Pressed on CNN&rsquo;s Situation Room about details on his budget cut plans, Sen.
