Pourquoi pas le chaos en Asie \u00e9galement ? Il est vrai que cette r\u00e9gion est un peu en retard par rapport \u00e0 la situation europ\u00e9enne, \u00e0 la situation moyenne-orientale, voire \u00e0 la situation int\u00e9rieure US et surtout par rapport \u00e0 la situation de Washington, de l&rsquo;administration Obama, du Congr\u00e8s, de la politique US, etc. C&rsquo;est une question \u00e0 la fois d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tC&rsquo;est l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se qu&rsquo;on est conduit \u00e0 faire en observant la tension obtenue par les USA dans leurs r\u00e9centes prises de position qui favorisent l&rsquo;aggravation des mauvaises relations, notamment entre le Japon et les Philippines d&rsquo;une part, la Chine d&rsquo;autre part. Le r\u00e9sultat obtenu est une position de durcissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de la Chine, \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre des USA, avec des mots et des jugements d&rsquo;une duret\u00e9 jamais vue, dits \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la visite de Chuck Hagel en Chine et avant la tourn\u00e9e asiatique d&rsquo;Obama. Tyler Durden d\u00e9veloppe une observation de cette situation dans <em>ZeroHedge<\/em>, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/news\/2014-04-09\/china-warns-obama-us-moving-direction-we-dont-want-see\" class=\"gen\">9 avril 2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Apparently doing away with diplomatic pleasantries, the Chinese have been directly clear with Chuck Hagel as he lays the groundwork for President Obama&rsquo;s Asia trip later this month (scheduled to visit Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines &#8211; all in direct territorial conflicts with China). As Reuters reports, Obama needs to pay serious consideration to this issue when he comes to Asia&#8230; China has already put this message across during the meetings with Hagel, said Ruan Zongze, a former diplomat with the China Institute of International Studies in Beijing, a think tank linked to the Foreign Ministry. The United States is moving in a direction we don&rsquo;t want to see, taking sides with Japan and the Philippines, and China is extremely unhappy about this.<\/em> [&#8230;]<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>These comments by China are somewhat unprecedented&#8230; On Tuesday, Chinese Defense Minister Chang Wanquan told Hagel that Washington should restrain Japan and chided the Philippines. Fan told Hagel outright that the Chinese people are dissatisfied with U.S. support for Japan and Southeast Asia, according to a statement carried on the Chinese defense ministry&rsquo;s website.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The influential tabloid the Global Times, published by the Communist Party&rsquo;s official People&rsquo;s Daily, said in an editorial on Wednesday that such strong words have not been seen much in the past.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tSnyder cite encore Ruan Zongze  : \u00ab[<em>The Chinese officials<\/em>]<em>hope that the Obama visit will not be used to rally other countries against China. If you listen to the harsh rhetoric of senior U.S. administration officials, this is a genuine concern. They<\/em> [<em>The Chinese officials<\/em>]<em> are trying to figure out whether it&rsquo;s the lower level U.S. people coming out and making these comments so the boss doesn&rsquo;t have to, or whether it&rsquo;s moving to a crescendo&#8230; I think there is a concern that this debate could be swayed substantially if Obama were to make very forthright comments on this trip and that could tip the balance internally and make it more difficult for Xi to emphasize the Sino-U.S. relationship as paramount.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tBien \u00e9videmment, cette attitude des USA en Asie vis-\u00e0-vis de la Chine contraste curieusement avec les efforts faits par les USA pour d\u00e9tacher la Chine de la Russie dans la crise ukrainienne, comme s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y avait pas de coordination entre ces deux politiques,  ce qui est \u00e9videmment l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se la plus acceptable, le chaos \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement florissant au sein du gouvernement US, comme on l&rsquo;a vu.
