La r\u00e9ponse tendrait fort \u00e0 \u00eatre positive, vu la vigueur du propos, qui est aussi bien un propos de campagne qu&rsquo;une claire indication sur une nouvelle politique russe plus ax\u00e9e sur une position tr\u00e8s critique des USA et du bloc BAO, qui pourrait \u00eatre la ligne politique de Poutine pour sa campagne.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tDeuxi\u00e8me observation, certes \u00e9vidente, sur la vigueur du propos de Poutine. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une accusation qui va au fondamental, qui d\u00e9signe les USA comme un monstrueux parasite de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie globale, qui d\u00e9nonce le r\u00f4le du dollar, etc., tout cela pr\u00e8s la crise majeure de la dette \u00e0 Washington.
