Si la commission ne parvient pas \u00e0 une entente sur le d\u00e9tail de ces r\u00e9duction, alors il y aura automatiquement la d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;une telle r\u00e9duction.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tRon Paul, d\u00e9put\u00e9 du Texas et candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence en 2012, est furieux. (Paul a vot\u00e9 contre l&rsquo;accord sur la dette.) Il estime, assez justement, que cette gestion de la r\u00e9duction automatique sera donn\u00e9e \u00e0 un organisme gouvernemental (l&rsquo;OMB, ou Office of Management &#038; Budget), ce qui reviendrait effectivement \u00e0 donner au gouvernement le choix de ces r\u00e9ductions D&rsquo;o\u00f9 sa fureur, exprim\u00e9e lors d&rsquo;une interview donn\u00e9e au Fox Business Network, et reprise par <em>RAW Story<\/em>, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rawstory.com\/rawreplay\/2011\/08\/ron-paul-super-congress-created-by-debt-deal-is-monstrous\/\" class=\"gen\">4 ao\u00fbt 2011<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Thursday on the Fox Business Network, Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) described the 12 member bipartisan special joint committee of Congress created by the Budget Control Act of 2011 as unconstitutional and monstrous.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>It looks to me like with this Super Congress&rsquo; and committee, if we don&rsquo;t vote for what they recommend, the [Office of Management and Budget] gets a lot of power, and that&rsquo;s part of the executive branch, he told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs. And who knows? That&rsquo;s the area where I think that they may be raising revenue, closing loopholes. Who knows what they might be doing?
