Les pr\u00e9cisions donn\u00e9es indiquent que l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 important. (Cette affaire rappelle la destruction d&rsquo;un avion furtif de l&rsquo;USAF F-117A en mai 1999, lors de la guerre du Kosovo, et les bruits tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis qui avaient couru sur l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s permis aux Russes par les Serves, pour l&rsquo;examen des d\u00e9bris de l&rsquo;appareil.)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tL&rsquo;affaire, qui semble s\u00e9rieuse et bien document\u00e9e, indique que les Pakistanais sont strat\u00e9giquement de plus en plus proches des Chinois, aux d\u00e9pens de leurs liens avec les USA. Ces r\u00e9v\u00e9lations ne manqueront pas, bien entendu, de provoquer une vague hyst\u00e9rique au Congr\u00e8s, coutumier du fait dans cette sorte de circonstance, et vague contre le Pakistan et contre la Chine. Pour les esprits-Syst\u00e8mes de l&rsquo;am\u00e9ricanisme, la technologie furtive (<em>stealth<\/em>), malgr\u00e9 ses \u00e9normes handicaps et le poids \u00e9pouvantable, tant a\u00e9rodynamique que budg\u00e9taire, qu&rsquo;elle fait peser sure les syst\u00e8mes am\u00e9ricanistes, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent du Saint-Gall du technologisme US,  selon l&rsquo;expression d\u00e9j\u00e0 ancienne de l&rsquo;analyste Norma Polmar.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Pakistan gave China access to the previously unknown U.S. \u00ab\u00a0stealth\u00a0\u00bb helicopter that crashed during the commando raid that killed Osama bin Laden in May despite explicit requests from the CIA not to, the Financial Times reported on Sunday. The disclosure, if confirmed, is likely to further shake the U.S.-Pakistan relationship, which has been improving slightly after hitting its lowest point in decades following the killing of bin Laden.<\/em> []<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The U.S. now has information that Pakistan, particularly the ISI, gave access to the Chinese military to the downed helicopter in Abbottabad, the paper quoted a person in intelligence circles as saying on its website. It said Pakistan, which enjoys a close relationship with China, allowed Chinese intelligence officials to take pictures of the crashed aircraft as well as take samples of its special skin that allowed the American raid to evade Pakistani radar.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>One U.S. official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters there was reason to believe Pakistan had allowed the Chinese to inspect the aircraft. But the official could not confirm it happened with certainty. No one from the Pakistani army was available for comment, but the Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate (ISI), Pakistan&rsquo;s top spy agency, denied the report. The paper said Pakistan&rsquo;s top general, chief of army staff Ashfaq Kayani, denied that China had been given access.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The surviving tail section, photos of which were widely distributed on the Internet, was returned to the United States following a trip by U.S. Senator John Kerry in May, a spokesman for the U.S. embassy told Reuters.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Shortly after the raid, Pakistan hinted that it might give China access to the helicopter, given its fury over the raid, which it considers a grievous violation of its sovereignty.
