Il faut dire qu&rsquo;avec l&rsquo;installation de <em>Occupy London<\/em> en plein cur de la <em>City<\/em>, sur les marches de la cath\u00e9drale Saint Paul, l&rsquo;Eglise anglicane s&rsquo;est trouv\u00e9e projet\u00e9e au cur d&rsquo;une pol\u00e9mique qui la met fort mal \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise et d&rsquo;o\u00f9, jusqu&rsquo;ici, elle n&rsquo;appara\u00eet pas grandie. On peut m\u00eame dire qu&rsquo;il y a une sorte de schisme, au moins de communication, \u00e0 la mode postmoderniste, dans cette Eglise, avec la d\u00e9cision de principe des autorit\u00e9s de la cath\u00e9drale de demander l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation par la force de <em>Occupy London<\/em>, qui place cette direction aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des banquiers de la <em>City<\/em> contre les protestataires de <em>Occupy London<\/em> ; et, d&rsquo;autre part,  le d\u00e9saccord de nombre de cadres et de hauts dignitaires (notamment la d\u00e9mission forc\u00e9e de deux personnalit\u00e9s de la cath\u00e9drale Saint-Paul), qui estiment conforme \u00e0 la mission de l&rsquo;\u00e9glise anglicane de consid\u00e9rer avec indulgence, sinon faveur, ces manifestation de contestation d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me absolument injuste et corrompue.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t<em>The Independent of Sunday<\/em> voit (le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/opinion\/leading-articles\/leading-article-st-pauls-is-a-national-problem-2377750.html\" class=\"gen\">30 octobre 2011<\/a>) dans cette situation bien plus qu&rsquo;un incident, mais d\u00e9sormais un probl\u00e8me national (pas loin d&rsquo;une crise nationale). Encore une fois, les indign\u00e9s ont bien choisi leur d\u00e9ploiement puisque, d&rsquo;un incident de rencontre comme on faisait de leur manifestation au d\u00e9part, ils ont fait ce que ce journal d\u00e9signe comme une parabole biblique.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Unintentionally, therefore, a protest against the greed of the City of London also became a separate, if related, and more engaging, debate about our national morality and the role of our established church. C&rsquo;est encore <em>The Independent on Sunday<\/em> qui pr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;information, ce m\u00eame <a href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/uk\/home-news\/exclusive-coverup-at-st-pauls-2377923.html\" class=\"gen\">30 octobre 2011<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>A highly critical report into the moral standards of bankers has been suppressed by St Paul&rsquo;s Cathedral amid fears that it would inflame tensions over the Occupy London tent protest.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The report, based on a survey of 500 City workers who were asked whether they thought they were worth their lucrative salaries and bonuses, was due to be published last Thursday, the day that the Canon Chancellor of St Paul&rsquo;s, Giles Fraser, resigned in protest at the church&rsquo;s tough stance. But publication of the report, by the St Paul&rsquo;s Institute, has been delayed in an apparent acknowledgement that it would leave the impression that the cathedral was on the side of the protesters.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The Independent on Sunday understands that the decision has upset a number of clergy, who hoped that the report would prove that the church was not detached from a financial crisis that had its heart yards from the cathedral itself. The decision will fuel the impression that the wider established church is attempting to stifle debate about the tent protest, as leading members of the Church of England, including the Archbishop of Canterbury, have failed to comment publicly about Occupy London.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t L&rsquo;\u00e9glise anglicane se trouvant dans cet embarras un peu grotesque par rapport \u00e0 ses pr\u00e9tentions diverses, notamment spirituelles et sociales, les chr\u00e9tiens de base ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s&rsquo;organiser, \u00e0 partir de plusieurs organisations. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;<em>Observer<\/em> du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/uk\/2011\/oct\/29\/christians-defend-occupy-london-protest\" class=\"gen\">29 octobre 2011<\/a> qui donne l&rsquo;information.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>As the storm of controversy over the handling of the Occupy London Stock Exchange demonstration deepened on Saturday, Christian activists said it was their duty to stand up for peaceful protest in the absence of support from St Paul&rsquo;s. One Christian protester, Tanya Paton, said: We represent peace, unity and love. A ring of prayer is a wonderful symbol.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>With senior officials at St Paul&rsquo;s apparently intent on seeking an injunction to break up the protest, the director of the influential religious thinktank Ekklesia, Jonathan Bartley, said the cathedral&rsquo;s handling of the protest had been a car crash and predicted more high-profile resignations from the Church of England<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t A ce d\u00e9bat anglo-anglican n\u00e9 directement du mouvement <em>Occupy<\/em>, on ajoutera un \u00e9cho du Vatican rapport\u00e9 par la plume de E.J. Dionne commente en en effet un rapport que vient de publier le Conseil Pontifical pour la Paix et la Justice, qui semble \u00eatre une reprise des principaux arguments de OWS Signe que ce rapport \u00e9tablit <em>de facto<\/em> un rapport de circonstance entre la position du Vatican et le mouvement <em>Occupy<\/em>, un porte-pariole de ce m\u00eame Vatican a pris soin de pr\u00e9ciser qu&rsquo;il ne fallait pas en faire un rapport direct.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Will we soon see a distinguished-looking older man in long white robes walking among the Occupy Wall Street demonstrators in New York&rsquo;s Zuccotti Park? Is Pope Benedict XVI joining the protest movement? Well, yes, and no. Yes, the Vatican&rsquo;s Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace issued a strong and thoughtful critique of the global financial system this week that paralleled many of the criticisms of unchecked capitalism that are echoing through lower Manhattan and cities around the world.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>The report spoke of the primacy of being over having and of ethics over the economy, plus embracing the logic of the global common good. In a knock against those who oppose government economic regulation, the council emphasized the primacy of politicswhich is responsible for the common goodover the economy and finance. It commented favorably on a financial transactions tax and supported an international authority to oversee the global economy.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>But Vatican officials were careful to say that their report was not a direct response to the worldwide demonstrations. It is a coincidence that we share some views, said Bishop Mario Toso, secretary of the council. But after all, these are proposals that are based on reasonableness.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>Indeed, and that may be a larger compliment to the 99 percent activists. This document got more attention than it might have because the demonstrators have heightened concern about the problems it addresses. Moreover, the Vatican office&rsquo;s intervention shows that those protesting against a broken and unjust financial system are not expressing some marginal point of view. They are highlighting worries shared by many, including the Roman Catholic Church. To challenge what the global markets have wrought is not extreme. It reflects, as Bishop Toso said, reasonableness.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tC&rsquo;est un int\u00e9ressant d\u00e9bat, apr\u00e8s tout, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on retrouve les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 une Eglise historiquement directement cr\u00e9e par le pouvoir politique, et qui reste tr\u00e8s attentive aux pressions de ce pouvoir (Cameron est de plus en plus impatients de voir la bonne ville de Londres d\u00e9barrass\u00e9e de l&rsquo;engeance <em>Occupy London<\/em>) ; o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on retrouve la plus grande libert\u00e9 de manuvre du Vatican, n\u00e9anmoins fortement nuanc\u00e9e de la proverbiale prudence du m\u00eame Mais tout cela est plut\u00f4t l&rsquo;\u00e9cume des jours, plut\u00f4t que le fond de ce nouvel aspect du probl\u00e8me d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l&rsquo;action <em>Occupy<\/em>, les Eglises occidentales ayant trop de lien avec le Syst\u00e8me pour envisager des actions nettes de rupture avec ce Syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tD\u00e9cid\u00e9ment, le mouvement continue \u00e0 toucher et \u00e0 mettre sur les dents tous les centres de pouvoir, confirmant que l&rsquo;aspect tr\u00e8s inhabituel de son activit\u00e9, son absence de force brute mais son incontestable attraction aupr\u00e8s du syst\u00e8me de la communication, constituent finalement une tr\u00e8s efficace formule d&rsquo;action, sous forme d&rsquo;inaction antagoniste, par rapport au Syst\u00e8me. (Inaction antagoniste, que nous d\u00e9finirions pour notre compte, sans que les gens qui l&rsquo;appliquent en soient d&rsquo;accord ou y aient pens\u00e9, comme l&rsquo;application op\u00e9rationnelle de l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dedefensa.org\/article-de_l_inconnaissance_du_systeme_13_07_2011.html\" class=\"gen\">inconnaissance<\/a>.) Voil\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il implique plus ou moins directement, plus ou moins fortuitement, les Eglises elles-m\u00eames, et dans une forme compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes des implications que provoqu\u00e8rent, dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 et 1970, les mouvements r\u00e9volutionnaires et d&rsquo;insurrection, notamment en Am\u00e9rique Latine. Cette fois, l&rsquo;absence de violence, l&rsquo;aspect statique du mouvement, l&rsquo;absence de revendications pr\u00e9cises, le simple expos\u00e9 par leur pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une situation inique et insupportable, ne touchent plus seulement des religieux de combat \u00e9gar\u00e9s dans les franges de la politique et de l&rsquo;action clandestine, mais bien les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;Eglise dans cette atmosph\u00e8re de crise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&rsquo;effondrement o\u00f9 chaque position d&rsquo;une hi\u00e9rarchie sp\u00e9cifique p\u00e8se d&rsquo;un poids consid\u00e9rable. L&rsquo;<em>Observer<\/em> observe, comme c&rsquo;est son r\u00f4le, que l&rsquo;attitude de l&rsquo;Eglise anglicane pourrait bien renverser l&rsquo;opinion de la presse, jusqu&rsquo;ici agac\u00e9e par <em>Occupy London<\/em>, dans un camp oppos\u00e9,  exactement comme la police new yorkaise, r\u00e9tribu\u00e9e pour ses cadres sup\u00e9rieurs par des donations de Wall Street, a donn\u00e9 une popularit\u00e9 formidable \u00e0 <em>Occupy Wall Street<\/em> par des op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;arrestations massives. L&rsquo;inspiration du Syst\u00e8me pousse aux m\u00eames maladresses insignes, qui conduisent \u00e0 donner au mouvement <em>Occupy<\/em>, sans grand effort du mouvement, un poids politique d&rsquo;influence consid\u00e9rable.
