Ce piment se go\u00fbte et s&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie, au moins, en unit\u00e9s de compte figur\u00e9es par les milliards de dollars. Il signifie que rien ne doit \u00e9chapper aux ench\u00e8res pour que la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 internationale, la morale, les droits de l&rsquo;homme et quelques autres babioles du genre, soient rencontr\u00e9s,  dans tous les cas en Syrie. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tIl s&rsquo;agit du Bahre\u00efn, en pleine activit\u00e9 humanitaire chez lui, comme chacun sait, qui se serait charg\u00e9 du r\u00f4le principal ; derri\u00e8re Bahre\u00efn, les autres, tous les copains du GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), les EAU, Oman, l&rsquo;in\u00e9vitable Qatar, et puis enfin le Kowe\u00eft et l&rsquo;Arabie. Ainsi Bahre\u00efn aurait-il pris son b\u00e2ton de p\u00e8lerin, plus sa bourse, et se serait-il rendu \u00e0 Moscou un peu avant le vote du Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 du 4 f\u00e9vrier sur la Syrie pour n\u00e9gocier l&rsquo;achat du vote de la Russie : pas de veto contre $5 milliards. La m\u00eame op\u00e9ration aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tent\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de la Chine.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\tC&rsquo;est le journaliste Wayne Madsen, sur <em>Intrepid Report<\/em> le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intrepidreport.com\/archives\/5118\" class=\"gen\">2 mars 2012<\/a>, qui diffuse la nouvelle. Madsen dispose en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de bonnes sources ; quant \u00e0 la Russie et \u00e0 la Chine, ils us\u00e8rent de leur droit de veto et pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e8rent le bras d&rsquo;honneur aux $5 milliaerds.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00ab<em>Informed diplomatic sources have reported to WMR that Bahrain, representing the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), offered Russia a bribe of $5 billion if it did not use its veto in the Security Council to defeat an Arab League-sponsored resolution calling for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to step down.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>In the February 4 vote on the resolution, Russia, along with China, used their vetoes to shoot down the resolution. U.S. ambassador to the UN Susan Rice called the vetoes disgusting and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton referred to the Russian and Chinese action as despicable, with Germany&rsquo;s UN ambassador Peter Wittig calling the vetoes a disgrace.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>But in what could be termed disgusting, despicable, and disgraceful was the reported offering of a $5 billion bribe for Russia&rsquo;s yes vote by Bahrain&rsquo;s foreign minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, during a trip to Moscow prior to the UN Security Council vote. Our sources report that the Russian government flatly turned down the offer of the money, which was bundled by Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\t\u00bb<em>WMR has also learned that a similar bribe by the GCC was offered to China in return for its yes vote on the Syria resolution.
