Nous avons pass\u00e9 l’ann\u00e9e du premier anniversaire du d\u00e9but des \u00e9v\u00e9nements (de la crise) d’Ukraine, les 18-20 novembre 2013 (avec le refus de Ianoukovitch des conditions impos\u00e9es par l’UE pour l’accord en discussion entre l’Ukraine et l’UE). Nombre d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements ont fait de cette crise un \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur, sinon l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement fondamental de la situation internationale et de la crise d’effondrement du Syst\u00e8me. A un des bouts de cette crise, il y a la situation de l’Ukraine elle-m\u00eame, \u00e9ventuellement r\u00e9duite \u00e0 l’Ukraine-Kiev dans la mesure o\u00f9 existe cette partition de facto<\/em> avec la partie orientale de la Novorussia<\/em>.
