Polish Dream<\/em> : fusionnons les USA et l’UE<\/h4>\n

Au Brussels Forum<\/em> du mois de mars de chaque ann\u00e9e, le German Marshall Fund<\/em> (GMF) organise la grande f\u00eate de l’atlantisme \u00e0 la fois la plus pompeuse, la plus opulente, la plus indiscutable pour Bruxelles devenue ainsi, pour trois jours, la capitale de l’euroatlantisme… Cette ann\u00e9e, le Forum avait lieu les 20-22 mars 2014<\/a>, et le luxueux site du GMF nous donne toutes les indications \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\tIl est important de marquer un tel \u00e9v\u00e9nement d’un symbole indiscutable, pour fixer un climat selon la narrative<\/em> en cours bien mieux que cent discours au ronronnement convenu. Indiscutablement, la palme et le symbole vont au pr\u00e9sident polonais Komorowski, au ronronnement hyst\u00e9rique, bonne mesure de l’\u00e9tat d’esprit polonais dont le mode hyst\u00e9rique est devenu une v\u00e9ritable seconde nature. Komorowski en a donc donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u sur un ton enthousiaste et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, avec emphase et pompe comme il se doit, un projet int\u00e9ressant et plein d’avenir, d\u00e9voilant la strat\u00e9gie secr\u00e8te de la Pologne … Pr\u00e9c\u00e9dons la d\u00e9rive des continents qui nous annonce la fusion tant attendue de l’Europe et de l’Am\u00e9rique dans 200 millions d’ann\u00e9es, dit-il en substance, et proc\u00e9dons \u00e0 l’op\u00e9ration s\u00e9ance tenante : fusionnons les USA et l’Europe. Applaudissements g\u00e9n\u00e9reux devant ce projet grandiose et simple \u00e0 la fois, qui a le m\u00e9rite de nous donner un acc\u00e8s direct au paradis.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\tDans la perspective de cette logique plein d’entrain, Komorowski a parl\u00e9 dans des termes dithyrambiques du trait\u00e9 TTIP, dont il ne doute pas un instant qu’il constitue la premi\u00e8re pierre de la fusion d\u00e9finitive en question, et dont il ne doute pas \u00e9galement, avec un entrain roboratif, qu’il fera souffrir aussi bien les citoyens europ\u00e9ens que les citoyens am\u00e9ricains, ce qui lui semble \u00eatre un signe indubitable de la valeur du projet. Nous voil\u00e0 au moins d\u00e9licieusement fix\u00e9s sur notre sort … L’univers polonais, depuis le d\u00e9veloppement de la crise ukrainienne, est devenu une illustration vivante de l’extr\u00eame de la d\u00e9rive maniaque<\/a>, qui vaut bien celle des continents, des dirigeants-Syst\u00e8me du bloc BAO… Ci-apr\u00e8s quelques extraits du discours o\u00f9 ce projet sensationnel de la cr\u00e9ation des USEU est \u00e9voqu\u00e9, avec quelques mots sur le TTIP-qui-va-nous-faire-d\u00e9licieusement-souffrir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\u00ab… Ladies and Gentlemen, geologists say that in over 200 million years, Europe and America, the continents will merge. But we should ask ourselves a question. Why wait so long? We can, today… today, we can unite Europeans and Americans. We don’t have to wait for geology to do the job for us. Let’s not waste this incredible… difficult, but incredible opportunity. We must act now. The bonds of Europe with North America should not be limited to security alone. They should also be connected with what is the foundation of security, which is economy and politics.<\/em> […]<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\u00bbThat is why I believe that a new Marshall plan is a difficult challenge, but it is incredibly important. The new momentum for the transatlantic community should be provided also by common economic space in the face of the TTIP. In Poland, we realize perfectly well that the execution of the TTIP is difficult for all the parties. But from the Polish perspective, from the perspective of the Polish observation of history as well as the future, it is something which is most important to take up from the perspective of the strength of the Western world in the future and the Western world, only if it is strong can be safe and secure.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\u00bbIt is not just a trade deal. It is a missing link of the transatlantic community, a product of civilizational magnitude, if you want to keep the viability of our community, let us invest in the success of this incredibly important idea. When the gravity of the world is shifting towards the Pacific, we should give the Western world more stability and more security by means of strengthening the transatlantic relations, the keeping of political, military, economic and social transatlantic bonds is, in my opinion, the best investment in our common future and our common security.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\u00bbToday, when Europe is surrounded by cowards from the south and from the east by authoritarian regime, the system which is increasingly brutal for people who are longing for freedom, more than ever we need perseverance in our striving to assure security and conditions for prosperity and welfare across the transatlantic space…<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
