Son avis est cat\u00e9gorique <\/a>: les Russes occupent une position puissante et dominatrice dans la r\u00e9gion, et ils suivent comme premier but de redonner \u00e0 l’arm\u00e9e syrienne sa puissance initiale pour parvenir, avec elle, \u00e0 la liquidation des groupes terroristes. Cette appr\u00e9ciation de Fisk, qui a beaucoup de contact en Isra\u00ebl, rencontre diverses indications dans ce sens, tout comme elle tend \u00e0 accr\u00e9diter une tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cente indication venue<\/a> de Ynet.News<\/em> et reprise<\/a> notamment par Russia Insider<\/em> ce 20 octobre, selon laquelle les Russes ont bloqu\u00e9 le vol d’un avion isra\u00e9lien vers la fronti\u00e8re syrienne et ont averti leurs interlocuteurs isra\u00e9liens par leur canal commun de coordination, cela \u00e9tant suivi par un changement de cap imm\u00e9diat, type volte-face, de l’avion isra\u00e9lien.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n « Syrian commanders are now setting the coordinates for almost every Russian air strike. They were originally giving between 200 and 400 coordinates a night. Now the figure sometimes reaches 800. Not that the Russians are going after every map reference, of course. The Syrians have found that the Russians do not want to fire at targets in built-up areas; they intend to leave burning hospitals and dead wedding parties to the Americans in Afghanistan. This policy could always change, of course. No air force bombs countries without killing civilians.
