Il s’agit d’une manœuvre essentiellement mont\u00e9e par le clan Clinton, selon Bridge, et qui a essentiellement pour objectif, pour l’instant, de faire basculer le Coll\u00e8ge des Grands Électeurs le 19 d\u00e9cembre, ou bien de le mettre dans l’incapacit\u00e9 de prendre une d\u00e9cision de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer cette d\u00e9cision, non pas \u00e0 la Chambre des Repr\u00e9sentants comme le pr\u00e9voit la Constitution, mais \u00e0 la Cour Supr\u00eame tr\u00e8s largement acquise \u00e0 Clinton<\/strong>.
