Du Politically Correct <\/em>\u00e0 l’apartheid<\/em><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

Le mot apartheid<\/em> a une signification politique universelle mais il n’est pas \u00ab\u00a0politique\u00a0\u00bb en lui-m\u00eame. Selon le Wikip\u00e9dia<\/a><\/em>, il s’agit d’un mot essentiellement hollandais avec un coup de main du fran\u00e7ais : « De l’afrikaans apartheid, du n\u00e9erlandais apart (lui-m\u00eame emprunt\u00e9 du fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 part) et suffixe -heid signifiant \u00ab\u00a0le fait de\u00a0\u00bb ou « la situation de\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. » Ainsi pouvons-nous parler d’apartheid<\/em>, et m\u00eame de maxi-apartheid<\/em> pour la situation qui se d\u00e9veloppe aux USA. Triste et habituelle ironie : cette \u00e9volution vient de la situation install\u00e9e par le courant progressiste-soci\u00e9tal et le Politically Correct<\/em> (PC)<\/strong> qui est l’arme dialectique favorite de ce courant pour la terrorisation des esprits.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Ce constat figure dans un article de Robert Weissberg, dans UNZ.com<\/em>, le 2 mars<\/a>, où l’auteur appr\u00e9cie le minuscule mouvement Alt-Right<\/em> et se demande pourquoi tant d’attention lui est accord\u00e9e. C’est en août-septembre 2016, notamment lors de l’intervention fameuse<\/a> où Hillary Clinton moqua joyeusement \u00ab\u00a0the basket of Deplorable<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/strong> soutenant Trump, c’est-\u00e0-dire ceux qu’on a coutume dans ce milieu d’identifier comme les \u00ab\u00a0pauvres Blancs\u00a0\u00bb, racistes, x\u00e9nophobes, anti-globalistes, etc., et surtout anti-immigration. A cette occasion, Alt-Right<\/em>, mouvement \u00ab\u00a0nationaliste blanc\u00a0\u00bb oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 l’immigration des non-Europ\u00e9ens ou non-Blancs aux USA, devint le symbole du diable d’en face<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Weissberg a une explication pour cette vindicte autre que l’opportunit\u00e9 \u00e9lectorale d’un symbole. En fait, Alt-Right<\/em> dit tout haut la v\u00e9rit\u00e9-de-situation<\/a> des USA aujourd’hui, notamment dans les bastions du progressisme-soci\u00e9tal<\/strong> comme New York City, et d’une fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale chez ceux qui ont les moyens de s’organiser, et notamment les classes blanches ais\u00e9es et riches, où le progressisme-soci\u00e9tal recrute en masse. Weissberg d\u00e9crit une situation de fait qui montre dans nombre de cas la r\u00e9alisation d’un apartheid <\/em>de fait où ces Blanc-super-riches se replient dans leurs quartiers et leurs banlieues, prot\u00e9geant leur \u00ab\u00a0diff\u00e9rence\u00a0\u00bb par divers artifices qui contredisent absolument le PC-standard. Certaines situations de banlieue, de quartier, de \u00ab\u00a0villes nouvelles\u00a0\u00bb renvoient \u00e0 la situation des ann\u00e9es 1950, avant la r\u00e9volution des droits civiques, des quotas et du PC<\/strong>, lorsque l’apartheid<\/em> \u00e9tait officiellement pratiqu\u00e9 aux USA sous le nom de segregation<\/em>. On comprend dans ces conditions la d\u00e9testation du mouvement Alt-Right<\/em> qui dit tout haut ce qu’ils font tout bas et l’on est plein de confiance pour l’avenir radieux de l’univers globalis\u00e9, soci\u00e9tal-progressiste, multiculturel et ainsi de suite. « La fable du melting pot de New York City n’existe que dans les bus et le m\u00e9tro<\/em><\/strong> », observe Weissberg.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

« Now, what makes the Alt-Right’s White Nationalism American as Apple Pie? As Yogi Berra said, you can see a lot by just looking around. New York City where I live is a hotbed of racial liberalism and exalts racial and ethnic diversity, but a visiting Martian would conclude that Jim Crow laws were still on the books. Overwhelmingly, both private and public schools are highly segregated<\/strong><\/a> and, in fact, city public school administrators recently tried<\/strong><\/a> to enroll white children from affluent white families in the city’s \u00fcber liberal West Side into a more \u00ab\u00a0diverse\u00a0\u00bb and less crowded nearby school. The (predictable) response was howls of outrage identical to what occurred during the forced racial integration in the South. Moreover, you will see scarcely any African Americans attending NY Philharmonic concerts, strolling through the Metropolitan Museum of Art or otherwise partaking of the city’s \u00ab\u00a0high\u00a0\u00bb culture. Nearly all residential neighborhoods are mono-racial\/ethnic enclaves save for a few undergoing transition or gentrification. The City’s melting pot fantasy largely exists only in busses and subways<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

» New York City is hardly unique. Charles Murray’s fact-laden Coming Apart<\/strong><\/a> is only about white America but it deserves the subtitle How Affluent Whites Have Organized themselves into Racially Homogeneous Enclaves. One of Murray’s implications is that this burgeoning homogeneity is relatively new and, in all likelihood reflects the growing expansion of America’s non-white population<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

» The indisputable but almost unspeakable evidence abounds. Rich Benjamin in his Searching for Whitopia<\/a>: An Improbable Journey to the Heart of White America<\/strong> took a nearly 27,000 mile journey across America visiting rapidly fast growing, nearly all-white small towns and exurban areas. Government has relentlessly tried to force diversity on its people but the response has been gated communities, restrictive zoning, high property taxes and similar ploys to maintain racial\/ethnic homogeneity. Southern public schools have fought federal imposed racial integration<\/strong><\/a> to a standstill, often at considerable expense to white parents. Countless white Americans escape imposed diversity and enjoy vacations in resort towns that resemble America circa 1950, for example, Cape May, NJ or Door County, WI though few tourists may openly admit the lure of being totally surrounded by fellow whites.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

» Now for the awkward question: why are millions of white Americans, including nearly all political poobahs, pundits and the mass media talking heads, so averse to Alt-Right white nationalism when they themselves prefer small scale white ethno states?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

» Let me offer a speculative explanation. In an increasingly heterogeneous society where there is always a potential for internecine strife, prudence dictates permitting everyone (regardless of race or ethnicity) to create their own \u00ab\u00a0private\u00a0\u00bb ethno states, but caution also counsels the Mafia’s Omerta<\/strong><\/a>, the code of silence. Not even the liberal-dominated mass media will run stories of how real estate developers in cahoots with elected officials undermine residential diversity with under-the-radar \u00ab\u00a0ethnic cleansing\u00a0\u00bb by enticing large numbers of urban underclass blacks into suburban public housing (Ferguson, MO is one example). The only way a New Yorker might realize that whites are forcing out blacks in historically black Harlem is by reading reviews of new trendy restaurants and clubs in Harlem<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

» Into this Omerta comes the Alt-Right willing to speak the unspeakable: if we want America to be America, exclude low-IQ Syrian goat herders and wife beater with nine children who embrace a religion deeply incompatible with America’s core Christian principles. Alt-Right trouble-makers relish recounting grim tales of culturally indigestible immigrants or explaining how corporate America willingly destroys the country to attract cheap Third World labor all the while sending the clean-up bill—policing, welfare, medical care–to hapless, largely white taxpayers. The Alt-Righter resembles an un-socialized youngster who regularly blurts out the unspeakable, embarrassing truth<\/em>… »<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
