Tulsi Gabbard, Sen. Rand Paul has introduced their bill, the<a href=\"https:\/\/gabbard.house.gov\/news\/press-releases\/video-rep-tulsi-gabbard-introduces-legislation-stop-arming-terrorists\"> Stop Arming Terrorists Act<\/a>, in the U.S. Senate.
